In the third quarter of 2024, the leading air travel apps on iOS in Europe demonstrated varied performance across downloads, revenue, and weekly active users. Data from Sensor Tower provides insights into these trends.

Ryanair saw its weekly revenue fluctuate, peaking at around $75K in early September. Downloads showed a downward trend, starting from 174K in early July and dropping to 143K by the end of September. Weekly active users also decreased from 748K to 681K over the quarter.

Flightradar24 | Flight Tracker maintained a robust revenue flow, with a notable peak of $241K in early September. Downloads began at 135K in July and declined to 105K by the end of September. The app's weekly active users saw a similar downward trend, beginning at 622K and ending at 625K.

easyJet: Travel App did not generate revenue during this period. Downloads decreased from 90K in early July to 70K by the end of September. Weekly active users also declined, starting at 586K and tapering off to 475K.

Wizz Air - Book Flights also reported no revenue. However, downloads showed a slight dip from 78K to 67K throughout the quarter. Weekly active users increased from 338K to 346K, indicating a steady user base.

Lufthansa remained stable in terms of downloads, starting at 38K and ending at 40K. Weekly active users rose from 238K to 256K, showcasing consistent engagement.
